Version info

This is a new version (previous was ver. 2.0).
There are several useful enhancements, such as new dial pad
for dialing of those phone numbers that are not stored in
a phone book; extended maximum number of characters in names,
"other" field, and phone# prefix; terminal emulation for
simple modem-to-modem communications, and more.

Several annoying bugs have been eliminated.

	Practical PhoneBook is a shareware product.  That means you 
are permitted to use it free of charge only for a trial period (about 1
